Guardian Contract

For approved guardian homes participating in our breeding program.

This Guardian Home Contract is between Bourlet Pomeranians ("Breeder") and the Guardian named below. The Guardian provides a loving home for a breeding dog owned by the Breeder, while the Breeder retains breeding rights as described here.

The Guardian agrees to: provide daily care, food, exercise, and routine veterinary care; keep the dog intact and on the health plan agreed with the Breeder; and make the dog available to the Breeder for an agreed number of planned litters, after which full ownership transfers to the Guardian.

The Breeder agrees to cover breeding-related veterinary care and health testing for the dog while it is in the guardian program. Contact Bourlet Pomeranians for the full program terms, timelines, and cost responsibilities before signing.
