Deposit Agreement

This Deposit Agreement reserves a specific Pomeranian puppy from Bourlet Pomeranians for the Buyer named below. The deposit is applied toward the puppy's total purchase price.

The deposit is non-refundable except where the Breeder is unable to provide a puppy as agreed. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery. Payment methods accepted: cash, Venmo, or another method agreed with the Breeder.

Pickup and delivery arrangements will be made directly with the Breeder once the puppy is ready to go home. Contact Bourlet Pomeranians with any questions about this agreement before signing.
